We follow the recommendations of AAP and CDC for the vaccine schedule:

• Birth – Hepatitis B
• 1 months – Hepatitis B
• 2 months – DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis), Hib (Hemophilus influenzae Type b), Polio, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus
• 4 months – DTaP, Hib, Polio, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus
• 6 months – DTaP, Hepatitis B, Hib, Polio, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus
• 12 months – MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Chicken Pox, Pneumococcal, Hepatitis A
• 15 months – DTaP, Hib
• 18 months – Hepatitis A
• 4 years – DTaP, Polio, MMR, Chicken pox
• 11 years – TDaP, Meningitis, Gardisil (3-dose schedule)
• 18 years – TDaP, Meningitis
• Yearly – Influenza vaccine
